How does AirTrackBot hotel search work?
Enter your destination, travel dates, and the number of guests and rooms. AirTrackBot searches available hotel offers and brings the results together in one place, where you can filter hotels, compare prices and booking options, and choose the offer that suits your trip.
Does AirTrackBot book hotels directly?
No. AirTrackBot is a hotel search and comparison service. When you select an offer, you are redirected to the booking provider’s website to review the final details and complete your reservation. The provider is responsible for the booking, payment, confirmation, changes, and cancellations.
Can I compare prices for the same hotel?
Yes. When several booking sites offer the same hotel, AirTrackBot groups the available options so you can compare prices and choose where to book. Always check the room type, cancellation policy, meal plan, taxes, and other conditions, as two offers for the same hotel may not include exactly the same benefits.
Why can the price change after I click “View deal”?
Hotel prices and availability can change frequently. A room may be booked by another traveller, the provider may update its rate, or the offer may have different taxes, fees, currency, or booking conditions. AirTrackBot displays the latest information available from its sources, but the final price and terms should always be confirmed on the provider’s website before booking.
Does the displayed hotel price include taxes and fees?
AirTrackBot shows the available price details supplied for each offer, including taxes and fees when they are provided separately. What is included can vary between booking sites and destinations, so check the total price, room conditions, cancellation policy, and any additional charges on the provider’s website before completing the reservation.
How do hotel price alerts work?
Select the bell icon on a hotel result and create an alert for that hotel and your chosen dates. AirTrackBot can then notify you when the tracked price changes. Creating an alert does not reserve the room or guarantee that the same price or availability will remain available.
How can I find hotel discounts?
Run a search for your destination and dates, then use the available filters and deal indicators to narrow the results. Compare the total stay price rather than only the nightly rate, and review what each offer includes. A lower headline price is not always the better deal if it has stricter cancellation terms, additional fees, or fewer included benefits.
